Sous Chef
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen team and lead food production. This hands-on role will focus on maintaing food quality, training staff, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Administrative responsibilities will be minimal, with an emphasis on team leadership and food excellence.
Restaurant Chef
Our Executive Chef leads a dynamic kitchen team, crafting exceptional dishes that reflect the beauty and flavors of the stunning coastal surroundings. Paired with warm hospitality and a commitment to sustainability, our culinary experience offers guests a true taste of the region in an unforgettable setting.
Guest Services Associate
You’ll be the go-to information hub for the operation, helping people navigate all the activities we offer. From selling season passes and tickets to answering questions at the ticket window, if you love connecting with people, this role will be a perfect fit.
Overnight Gondola Operations
The safety and protection of our gondola operation are our top priorities. Our Overnight Gondola Operations team is responsible for securing the facilities overnight and ensuring they’re ready to welcome guests each morning.

Cook
At the Summit Lodge, our cooks bring flavors to life with creativity and care. In our open kitchen, they engage with guests, offer recommendations, and ensure top-quality ingredients through proper receiving, storage, and rotation.
Retail Sales Associate
Connect with guests, passholders, and locals while delivering exceptional customer service! Share your passion and expertise as you help visitors discover everything from stylish apparel to unique creations by local artisans.
Education Guide
Create unforgettable learning experiences that engage, excite, and inspire young minds. Through hands-on activities and interactive demonstrations, they bring education to life while meeting the British Columbia Ministry of Education’s learning outcomes. This flexible, as-needed role is perfect for those passionate about making learning fun and meaningful for school, youth, and camp groups.
Summit Guide
Become a mountain ambassador, leading tours and snowshoe excursions while ensuring an unforgettable guest experience. As first aid attendants, Summit Guides respond to emergencies and assist with guest services, lift operations, and facility upkeep. This role includes 30 hours as a Summit Guide and 10 as a Lift Host after training.
Shuttle Driver
Help keep our team moving, safely and efficiently by transporting staff from accommodation and satellite parking to the Gondola Base. With a friendly attitude, great guest service skills, and a good sense of humor, they help create a positive and enjoyable ride for our team members every day.
Lift Host & Parking Attendant
A welcoming experience begins here. Lift Hosts are often the first point of contact, greeting visitors, scanning tickets, answering questions, and ensuring guests board the gondola safely. Parking Attendants help manage the flow of traffic, maintain an organized parking area, and assist guests as needed. Both roles require working outdoors in all weather conditions and prioritizing safety.
