Family Day Weekend at the Summit is just around the corner, and it’s going to be a blast! From February 15th to 17th, join us for three fun-filled days packed with outdoor adventures, games, live music, delicious treats, and exclusive deals. It’s the perfect opportunity to spend quality time with your loved ones and make lasting memories.
Scavenger Hunt: Explore the Spirit Trail
Kick off the weekend with a family-friendly scavenger hunt! Pick up your scavenger hunt card at the rentals desk at the Summit, then head out to explore and hunt through the Spirit Trail. Once you complete the card, you’ll be treated to a special surprise! So, grab the family, bundle up, and let the hunt begin.
Fun in the Snow, Indoors or by the Fire!
We’ve got tons of outdoor activities that everyone will enjoy. Whether you’re snowshoeing, tubing, or hiking, there’s no shortage of ways to enjoy the great outdoors. Plus, enjoy FREE tubing all weekend long! For every ticket, the Sea to Sky Gondola will donate $5 to Squamish Search and Rescue. If you prefer a more relaxing outdoor experience, head over to the Backyard Plaza, where we’ll have the outdoor fire going all weekend long. It’s the perfect spot to cozy up and enjoy.
The fun doesn’t stop outside! In the Summit Lodge, we’ll have board games and coloring sheets available all weekend. It’s the perfect place for some indoor fun when you need a break from the cold. Plus, on Sunday, we’ll be hosting Sunday Socials with live music by Marc Charron and all our drink and food specials.

No Family Day Weekend is complete without a sweet treat! We’re celebrating the 5th Annual Squamish Hot Chocolate Festival, and you won’t want to miss out. All weekend long, swing by the Café and grab The Peak Indulgence. Made with rich dark chocolate and sea salt - topped with Oreo crumble, chocolate sprinkles and a cinnamon sugar churro, it’s the perfect drink to sip on after a day of outdoor fun.
