Contest

General

These terms and conditions apply to the Sea to Sky Gondola Newsletter Sign UpContest promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

The Promotion is organized by Sea to Sky Gondola, 36800 BC-99, Squamish, BC V8B 0B6

This Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, regardless of any laws (choice of law or conflict of laws, etc.) of any jurisdiction.

Participation

The Promotion is open to persons aged eighteen (18) years old and over residing in North America (USA, Canada). Legal entities are excluded from participation. Employees of Sea to Sky Gondola and its affiliated companies and the immediate family members (spouse, children) are not eligible to win. Each person can only participate once.

Promotion

To be eligible to win, participants must share their name, email and state/country information via the sign-up form on the landing page. The entry must fulfill all Promotion requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sea to Sky Gondola. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission shall be removed from eligibility.

The registration period is open between October 15, 2023 - November 30, 2023, Registrations received outside this time frame shall be excluded from the Promotion. No responsibility can be accepted by Sea to Sky Gondola for entries not received for whatever reason.

In the event of any suspected fraud or abuse, Sea to Sky Gondola reserves the right to exclude participants from participation in the Promotion.

Winner

Selection of the winner, one (1) on December 1, 2023, shall take place in an impartial manner. The winner will be selected via a random number generator.

Within two (2) days, the winner shall be contacted by Sea to Sky Gondola via email.

If a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within four (4) days after being contacted by Sea to Sky Gondola; the winner is deemed to have rejected the prize and shall no longer be eligible to receive the prize.

Prize winners agree that Sea to Sky Gondola has the right to use prize winner contact details for promotional purposes, such as publishing the winner on the Sea to Sky Gondola website. This Promotion shall fully comply with all Federal and State privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Sea to Sky Gondola does not sell private and personal information.

Prize

The following prize is available to the winner:

October 15, 2023 - November 30, 2023

· Prize: 2 x Annual Passes to Sea to Sky Gondola valued at $378

All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes or product. Prize winner shall be responsible for paying taxes, if any.

Prizes shall be shipped by Sea to Sky Gondola to the prize winner approximately two (2) weeks after the end of the month.

Disclaimer

Sea to Sky Gondola does not accept any liability regarding any damages, of any kind, arising out or related to (participation in) the Promotion.

In case of any event of force majeure (pandemic, war, etc.); Sea to Sky Gondola reserves the right to suspend or terminate its obligation to provide the prize. Sea to Sky Gondola is not obliged to provide an alternative prize.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
